Story
We started Unobio because the discovery pipelines we’d worked in — at academic labs, large pharma, and biotech startups — were optimised for hits, not for translation.
Programs would clear in vitro, clear animal models, then quietly die in Phase 2 because the biology in the dish never matched the biology in the patient. We saw the same failure mode every cycle, and watched billions of dollars disappear into it.
Unobio was built around a single inversion: start every program from patient data, and pressure-test against patient biology at every step. Years and eleven programs later, the inversion is paying off — at industry-leading translation rates and cycle times.
